We aim to ensure your satisfaction in every order. However in the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can choose to exchange for either an alternative item or receive a refund less the cost of shipping. All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, with the exception of sale items.
Refunds are usually provided to the card the original payment was made from. When receiving a refund please remember that can take up to 3 to 5 working days from the day the refund was given to show up on your statement.
Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be inspected and credited to your account/card, this may be slightly delayed during busy periods, such as January. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a salable condition or are damaged
Please note, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any items that have been personalised. If any adjustments, for example, name or initials embossing are made to personalize your product(s) you may NOT return the item as it being unsuitable and the item can no longer be sold as new. If the item is faulty and adjustments have been made, each case will be looked at individually before an offer of refund or exchange is made.
International customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU). For your security we advise you return any product via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery (with the appropriate cover level of insurance) and retain a receipt of postage for your own records. Khaalz is not responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty and will not be responsible for items that have been lost or damaged during transit.
Ensure you email us prior to retuning any item to inform us of the problem. Once we know the situation. Please include a brief description of the problem and your order number with your returned product(s) to help us deal with your issue in an efficient and timely manner.
All products are covered for 1 year against manufacturing faults from the day of delivery. This warranty only extends to manufacturing related faults such as zips, metalwork, handles and stitching. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. These items can either be returned or repaired depending on each situation, which will be analyzed after receiving the product back. The customer will then be contacted to discuss the most suitable option. Please be aware that our turnaround times for product repairs can take up to 6 weeks to complete.
